All vehicles have satellite navigation and all drivers are satellite tracked – your car can be instantly pinpointed with its location and speed.

Our customers like to know what they are getting into, so we text them on arrival with the full driver and vehicle detail so they can stride confidently into their waiting vehicle without delay or confusion.

You can have full security protection for your account by restricting use to a list of authorised users or those who quote a security code.

Caller details are retained, so next time you call we can usually automatically recall your pick-up details.

Your information is securely transmitted via GPRS to your driver who will have your full journey details on display in his “in-car” computer before he picks you up.

Electronic online journey signatures are also available to account customers. We can customise invoices for you – grouped by department or user, billed weekly or monthly.

You can have your invoice emailed to you or sent by conventional post. We can also email a detailed confirmation or receipt of an individual journey to you

All vehicles are registered with the PCO (or VOSA) and therefore exempt from the congestion charge.
