Customer Service Agents
To work in our busy inbound call centre in Teddington. It is the largest cab/courier and minibus organisation in the area and one of the most technologically advanced taxi call centres in the country.
You should have at least one year call centre or taxi telephonist experience, coupled with well developed computer skills, an excellent telephone manner and a genuine desire to help customers.
Hours are 5 pm to 4 am 3 days per week. Up to £12,500pa to start including 4 weeks holiday.

What we require from you is that you are well presented, keep your car clean and well maintained, drive as a professional and above all take great care of our customers.
